WHAT IS GVHD DAY?

GVHD Day was established to symbolize an enduring solidarity with the GVHD community. It’s also a chance for you to get involved and help us raise awareness of GVHD.

The GVHD Alliance is made up of multiple organizations that share a commitment to helping people navigate GVHD, a disease that few have heard of, but that touches lives and families in lasting ways.

GVHD is our focus every day, and we believe that the most profound differences are made when we work together.

Last year was a big success, and we hope to have more voices join us this year—including yours!

What Is Planned for GVHD Day?

This year, we are continuing to share our message with as many people as possible. With that in mind, GVHD Day will be taking place...everywhere!

No matter where you are, you can join us. Awareness makes a difference, and the more voices we have, the better.

Here’s what you can do

On or before February 17, post about GVHD Day on your social media accounts.

Are you a survivor? Caregiver? No matter how GVHD has affected your life, we want to hear from you. What do you want people to know about GVHD?

Use our hashtags when you post! This ensures that your voice is heard.
